Helping Our Community
During this time of uncertainty, anxiety and fear it can be hard to think of others when we are so worried about our own livelihoods and safety. That’s what makes acts of service for our community that much more important. Small gestures of love and care can go a long way in helping our neighbors. That is why the International Institute of Cosmetology continues to partner with the Plainville Community Food Pantry. The Plainville Community Food Pantry does so much to assist Plainville residents that need a helping hand. We’ve been working with them over the years giving haircuts to kids for back to school. This year we provided hair grooming supplies.
While talking to Mildred and Suzi, during our drop off, we asked what they could use to give out to Plainville residents. They said that they’re in need of tomato sauce, canned soup and canned fruit.

✨When you pull in to their parking lot at: 54 South Canal Street in Plainville they will have a shopping cart outside for you to place items in.
