Damian Gugliotti, youngest son of Carmelo and Cristina Gugliotti, joined the growing IIC schools to become CFO of the International Institute of Cosmetology. Later in 2017 he proceeds to earn the coveted CFO of the Year Award recognized by the Hartford Business Journal.
