Position Overview:
We are looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for an exceptional salon experience. You’ll manage appointment bookings, assist with retail sales, and support the overall flow of our salon operations with a friendly, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly, creating a welcoming environment
• Manage appointments, phone calls, and online bookings efficiently
• Handle retail sales and recommend products tailored to clients’ needs
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• Assist in handling client inquiries and resolving any concerns
• Support stylists and salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for client care
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a salon, spa, or retail environment is a plus
• Familiarity with salon booking software or POS systems is preferred
• Positive attitude, team player, and keen attention to detail
