Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Associate to join our growing team at XSalonce Hair Lounge & Spa.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting Clients: Welcoming clients warmly as they enter the salon and ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Booking Appointments: Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients, either in person, over the phone, or online. Managing the booking system to avoid overlaps or missed appointments.
- Managing the Salon Calendar: Ensuring the stylists’ schedules are organized, keeping track of booked appointments, and possibly adjusting or rescheduling if necessary.
- Answering Phones: Responding to phone calls, answering questions about services, pricing, and availability, and providing information on any current promotions or specials.
- Client Check-In/Check-Out: Checking clients in when they arrive and ensuring they are introduced to their stylist. Also, handling the checkout process after the appointment, processing payments, and booking any follow-up appointments.
- Handling Payments: Managing payments for services, whether it’s cash, credit, or digital payment methods, and issuing receipts.
- Maintaining a Clean Reception Area: Keeping the front desk, waiting area, and the salon’s general environment neat, clean, and welcoming for clients
- Social Media Assistance: Scheduling social media content
Schedule:
Thursday evenings
Saturday 9 am-4 pm
