Key Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists with client consultations, haircuts, coloring, and styling services
- Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for services
- Perform blowouts, basic styling, and finishing techniques under the direction of senior stylists
- Maintain salon cleanliness, including sanitizing tools, stations, and work areas
- Manage product inventory and assist with salon retail sales
- Greet clients, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Support with general salon operations, including scheduling and organizing appointments

Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license (or in the process of completing one)
- Strong passion for hair styling and beauty
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience in shampooing, blow-drying, and basic styling a plus
- Flexible schedule and availability, including evenings and weekends
