We are looking for a Stylist to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you will have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!

The assistant core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a high-quality customer experience, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. An assistant manager may also be balancing time between providing a top-notch stylist experience and coaching the team to be successful.

Successful assistant managers at our franchise typically earn between $40,000 and $60,000 inclusive of base pay, commissions, salon bonuses and tips.

Requirements

A valid CT cosmetology and/or barber license
Salon management or 3 year (Preferred) Great Clips experience is a plus but not a requirement
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
