Ready to salon differently? Good. We are not your typical salon!! At Alchemy, the Salon in Fairfield. CT we truly care about our stylists making a proper living wage. We are a commission based salon with the freedoms of booth rental, but we take care of all of the extras! You are not required to work weekends, we truly care about your mental health, and believe in a proper work/life balance. You will always have the opportunity to make more money and advance your career. We offer unlimited time off and guidance with retirement planning. We don't believe in toxic salon practices and strongly believe in mentoring you until you are ready to fly free! We have a custom 12-week program that all of our stylists go through in order to get onto the floor and taking clients. Don't be discouraged, you will be making money right away, as we do not believe in holding anyone back! Our custom program will help you to feel comfortable with how we do things and how we support our stylists as part of a strong team.
