Licensed Esthetician

Position Requirements:

·   Esthetician License in the State of Connecticut
·   1 year customer service experience
·   Reliable transportation
·   Prior experience is preferred but not required

·   Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
·   A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
·   Ability to maintain timeliness by monitoring and following the scheduled appointments

Esthetician duties and responsibilities:

·   Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of guests
·   Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
·   Consistently uphold professionalism, tact, and discretion
·   Perform additional tasks including but not limited to: maintaining cleanliness of    lobby, treatment rooms and restocking products/supplies
·   Utilize our spa software system to manage guest bookings, check in and check out of guests
·   Conduct a thorough analysis of guest’s skin and develop a personalized treatment plan
